'Ticked Off,' follows an ambitious job applicant's goal towards obtaining her dream job, no barriers attached... until she has to complete an equality and diversity monitoring questionnaire, to get that job. The inspiration came from diversity monitoring in my administrative jobs, in the charity sector.
